Request Account Suspension and Deletion

We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to delete your Loyalty Club PLC account, please review the following information before proceeding.

What Happens When You Request Account Deletion?

Initial Suspension Period: Your account will be immediately suspended and made inaccessible. During this period, you can contact our support team to reactivate your account if you change your mind.

Data Retention Period: For legal compliance and security reasons, your account data will be retained for up to 12 months following your deletion request before being permanently removed from our systems.

After Complete Deletion: Once the retention period ends, your account and all associated data, including loyalty stamps, Ted's Tokens, and campaign history, will be permanently deleted.

Important Information: Any active rewards or referrals will be lost and cannot be recovered. Your personal information will be deleted after the retention period, except for data we are legally required to retain for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

Data Retention: For legal and security reasons, some data may be stored after final account deletion, including: TEDS Transaction records (for regulatory compliance) ; Fraud prevention data (to help maintain the integrity of our platform).
