Once you've made a purchase at any of our partner locations, you’ll automatically be awarded stamps based on the individual campaigns guidelines. To convert a stamp into TEDs, simply tap the stamp you wish to convert and you will be presented with a pop up asking if you wish to convert it to TEDs. Once converted, your TEDs balance will be updated and will include the value of the stamp.

Unfortunately not, Ted’s tokens are non-transferable & non cashable. Meaning users cannot directly exchange Ted’s or convert them into cash. Ted’s can only be spent by the user who earned them at any of our participating partners locations. We will also be shortly developing a feature to enable you to donate your Ted's Tokens to participating charities.

There’s no limit to how many tokens you can collect, and they never expire as long as your account remains active. Feel free to accumulate as many tokens as you wish and treat yourself when the time is right!
