Accessing Your Profile
To edit your business profile, start by logging into your Loyalty Club PLC partner dashboard. Once logged in, navigate to the My Profile section, where you’ll be able to view and update your business details.
Updating Key Information
Within the My Profile section, you can update key business information such as:
-Business Name: Ensure your trading name is accurate and up to date.
-Contact Information: Update your phone number or email to keep your contact details current.
-Business Description: Modify your business description to ensure it accurately reflects the services or products you offer.
-Logo and Branding: Upload your business logo to ensure it’s visible to members engaging with your campaigns.
-Location: Upload your business location to gain your own exclusive pin on our partners map in order to help members find your business with greater ease.
-Opening Hours: Include your businesses opening hours and regularly update them to avoid any confusion among our customers
Save Your Changes
Once you’ve made the necessary updates, be sure to click the Save button to apply the changes.
This ensures that your business profile reflects the most up-to-date information for customers interacting with your Loyalty Club campaigns.
